Job description
In this role, the Associate will be responsible for both outbound and inbound calls to achieve monthly sales goals. Very limited focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
Create new business policies utilizing various sources of business, including but not limited to:
-Live Transfers
-Referrals
-Cross Sales-Establish Mortgage Relationships
Present benefits of working with A rated insurance company and walk customers through the onboarding process to get policy established.
Skills and Experience:
-Ability to present information and provide information to help prospects make a decision
-Must be able to work in a FAST PACE environment
-Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
-MUST HAVE an active Property and Casualty license
