APC Cleaning Services is hiring a part-time Local Sales Representative to contact Airbnb hosts and property managers in the Metro Atlanta area.
This job is mostly remote (phone, text, WhatsApp). You do not need to visit properties unless a client requests it.
Pay:
$16/hr (approx. 20 hours/week)
+ Commission per property you sign
+ Monthly recurring commission for retained clients
(Your income increases as your portfolio grows.)
Responsibilities:
Message and call Airbnb hosts and property managers
Send service info and answer questions
Request Airbnb link or property address to confirm cleaning details
Schedule the first cleaning to get the partnership started
Maintain professional and friendly follow-up
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable speaking with clients
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Conversational English required (Spanish is a plus)
Must have a vehicle for occasional visits if requested
