Overview:
We are actively seeking 20 driven individuals with record in sales and marketing, adept at following guidance from our coaches, coachable, possessing excellent people skills, and demonstrating a sincere commitment to a career transition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outside solar sales, customer service, and possess excellent negotiation skills. However, no experience is needed. we are eager to mentor and train these 20 motivated candidates in establishing their own local and nation-wide solar and home security (ADT & BRINKS) brokerage enterprises.
MENTORSHIP & LEADS INCLUDED FOR CONSULTANTS/BROKERS ONLY
Responsibilities:
- You can get deals by door-to-door sales, social media, or our network.
- For more residuals and commissions, you can build a team underneath you, or you can just refer deals.
- Be involved as little or as much as you want.
- Promote and sell solar to residential and commercial customers.
- Get electric bills from homeowner.
Skills:
- Experience is not needed. Proven experience in outside sales or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of solar sales or energy products is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $1,200,000.00 per year
