The Position: Outbound Sales Agent

Sun Coast Sciences is building a team of high-energy, motivated sales agents, and if you’re the right fit for us, this might just be the best job you’ve ever had.

We sell skincare formulas, and health supplements, direct to consumers on the Internet. Our products are designed by one of America’s top anti-aging doctors, and our business is growing like a rocket ship - nearly 100% YoY.

We acquire customers through 20 - 40 minute “infomercials” which run on sites like Facebook, and YouTube. Then, we continue to serve and sell to those customers over email and SMS.

And now, we’re adding a new channel - phone sales.

If you join our team, you’ll be doing outbound calling to customers - yes… paying customers - with the intent to serve them better, and sell them more of our products.

And you’ll be working under the leadership of a 20+ year sales veteran, growing your skills and leadership.

The Role & Requirements

If hired, you’ll be responsible for activities such as…

Proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and sell Sun Coast Sciences' products.

Qualifying leads and identifying customers needs to recommend suitable products.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets by closing deals and securing long-term customer commitments.

Providing excellent customer service by understanding client goals and assisting them in making informed decisions.

Accurately maintaining records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills & Requirements…

Analytical type: you are methodical in what you do and are great at following processes

Sales pro: you have proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, with a successful track record of closing sales, 3+ years experience preferred.

Resilient: you are goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a can-do attitude.

Great communicator: strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technically capable: you are familiar with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Detail-oriented: you pay attention to how words are spelled, you notice when numbers “don’t add up,” and you’re the first to catch mistakes. You are a wizard at managing sales pipelines and following up with leads.
