We're looking to hire a full-time, in-office sales person who can learn how to sell at a high level. We'll pay you a base salary, we'll buy you top of the line equipment & licenses, and we'll invest the time into training and coaching you, setting you up for success. There's literally no downside if you make it through the interview and receive an offer. We just need to find the right person to invest in, who has passion, charisma, grit, intelligence, and determination.
So what IS the job?
We're a fast-growing, tequila-fueled, ping-pong playing tech startup lead by a proven CEO who has sold three companies and made a lot of people millionaires. Our business clients love our unique security solution, and now we're entering the growth phase of our company, building a sales team to scale up revenue. You'll be closing 5-7 figure deals, so commissions hit hard and add up fast, plus you'll earn valuable equity! Initially the base salary is low at $500/wk, just enough for gas and ramen, but that's the trade-off for the upside here. Once you learn enough to close deals and build your pipeline, you will be earning $10-20k per month. Stick with it for a few hard years and you'll become a millionaire. Talk is cheap and we obviously can't guarantee the future, but we are repeating what we've done before.
