The Role: Regional Growth Director We are seeking ambitious, well-connected professionals to join us as Regional Growth Directors. In this role, you will be the frontline growth engine of Ommpo in your assigned territory — building strong referral networks, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This is a commissioned sales role with significant earning potential, benefits, and a clear pathway to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Ommpo in your market with professionalism and passion.
Drive outreach to families, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
Build and nurture referral networks with discharge planners, physicians, senior living directors, and community organizations.
Execute local marketing strategies, from community events to professional networking.
Collaborate closely with Strategic Market Directors and Market Principals to meet territory goals.
Track leads and sales pipeline in Ommpo’s CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
Proven background in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing (home health, hospice, senior living, pharma, or related industries preferred).
A strong local network of healthcare or senior living contacts.
Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for helping families and facilities find trusted care.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a commission-focused role.
Compensation & Benefits
Commission: 15–20% commission on all closed contracts + recurring residuals on monthly client subscriptions.
