As an employee of RJS Roofing & Construction Inc., you will become a part of one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the southeast! Our current branches are producing $300,000-$500,000 per month in sales, and our unique approach has increased our business 900% over the last seven months.
Our sales force obtains new business by
- Knocking on doors in areas with proven results
- Attending pre set appointments
- Obtaining referrals from previous customers.
To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Sales/Branch Managers will make a MINIMUM of $100,000 per year, with bonuses and incentives that will increase your earnings potential to $250,000 per year.

Pay: Up to $4250.00 per week
