We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated sales & marketing rep to lease private rooms in our shared housing properties. This is a commission-only position with high earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Post rental ads on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, IG, etc.
Handle tenant inquiries & schedule showings
Use social media to generate leads & drive traffic
Close leases for long & Short term tenants (students, professionals, etc.)
What You Need:
Sales or leasing experience
Strong online marketing & social media skills
Excellent communication & follow-up habits
Ability to work independently and deliver results
