We are seeking a motivated and versatile Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who can manage vehicle inventory, assist in selling cars, and develop our social media presence to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the vehicle inventory database. Ensure all vehicle details are up-to-date and accurately listed.
Sales Support: Assist in car sales processes, including customer interactions, completing sales documents, and following up on sales leads.
Social Media Development: Create and manage content across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Engage with our audience and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements and strategies to increase dealership effectiveness.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer queries and concerns with the utmost professionalism.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; further education in marketing or related field preferred.
