If you have understanding of construction it will help.
We sell:
Retaining walls
Hardscaping (pavers, stone work)
Concrete
Landscaping Design
Pools
Looking for someone that can do this full time/long term
We can start as contract, part time or flexible.
For the right person, as long as sales are made, I am flexible.
We currently are growing healthy pace, and have 9 people.
We are looking for self starters.
This is going to be commission + base. Must sell to get base as well.

We are currently doing 1-2M with very little to no sales and marketing

Things are are doing:
Bidding on government work, government contracts
Reaching out to develop new relationships with developers and contractors
If you have experience with those, huge plus.
Will train on landscaping.
Things that I cannot train are on persistency, hard work, getting out there and grinding, etc
For motivated people, you can easily make 100K-150K within a year
I am looking to hire 2 people, and will be picky. Posted on several job boards as well.
