Quality customer service skills and sales track record
Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on- one and over the phone
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Proficient in basic business math including percentages
Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
Must have clean and valid driver's license
Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Be an amazing, positive, "no task is too small" type of mindset sales associate
Work with the Finance Manager to assess customer approval for vehicles
Familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of the dealership
Follow-up on existing client leads
Assist where needed
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Starter Sales skills: great listener, communicator and excellent customer service skills are a must
Organization and thorough follow-up skills - necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale
One year of related experience in sales
Capability and motivation to learn and answer questions about certain luxury car brands (Maserati, Benz, BMW, etc)
Current and clean valid driver’s license is required
