Sales Manager Assistant Wanted (remote)
About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Sales Manager Assistant who can work independently and help grow our outsourcing and staffing business. Your primary responsibility will be:
- Contact General Contractors to gather contact information and pitch in.
- Managing customers acquisition, negotiation and closing deals.
- Follow up on commercial opportunities.
- Create CRMs.
- Manage company's reporting system.
- Managing Bid Pages.
- Among others.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking flexible hours, works well without supervision, and is confident when speaking to others in person and over the phone.
Details:
Independently generate and follow up on leads.
Communicate with prospective clients to promote our services.
Help Schedule and assist visits using our preferred online system.
Maintain a log of outreach results.
Deliver professional, timely, and courteous support at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior administrative or customer service experience. Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and following up. Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Can manage their own time and work without constant oversight. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy – able to use email, calendars, CRM tools, softwares, excell, word, power point, etc.
Compensation: TBD.
This is an independent contractor position; you manage your own schedule and work style
