Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Salesperson/Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the materials handling industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our range of products and services, including industrial EVs, materials handling equipment, and after-sales services.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff (Sales Manager role) to achieve their sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the materials handling, industrial equipment, or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and territory management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership experience (for Sales Manager role) is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
