We are seeking a full-time motivated SALES MANAGER to become a small to medium size business & personal insurance benefits advisor to join our company. This a BUSINESS TO BUSINESS position working directly with the owners and heads of benefits for small to medium size businesses M-FRI. 9AM-5PM. This a great opportunity since 85% of small businesses have no group or individual benefits. We offer a wide variety of insurance services, including INDIVIDUAL & GROUP : Life Insurance, Health, & Retirement Planning, P&C Residential & Commercial Insurance, FREE BUSINESS VALUATIONS & Pay Roll Services. Our goal is to find the best policies for each client. You will be responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies. Understand that 80% of these customers become your customers for life where you will also be helping them with their personal life insurance needs. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in insurance or sales, but no experience is necessary. We teach you how to build a referral business. This is a position where you will need to be LICENSED Work anywhere in the country

Insurance Agent Duties, Responsibilities, Marketing, and Compensation

We teach you how to generate your own leads

Develop leads and schedule appointments with clients

Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options

Answer questions related to coverage and annual charges

Help customers complete all paperwork properly

Product and Sales training platform

Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage

CRM available for agents with Dialer

100% - 140 % compensation, renewals, and DAILY PAY

Customized Website

P&C services for clients who need them

Insurance Agent Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior sales experience is a plus but not necessary

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills

Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving

Business to Business experience a plus
