If you excel, you’ll have the opportunity to manage multiple locations and become the point person for all cannabis accessories business activities within our expanding cannabis brands.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the head shop, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Implement your ideas to drive sales and streamline store functions.
- Manage inventory, staff, and store presentation.
- Develop marketing strategies to build the brand and attract new customers.
- Be accountable for the store’s performance and financial success.
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed in the retail industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate customers.
- Previous retail management experience preferred, but a strong desire to learn and take responsibility is most important.
