We are Grice Systems LLC, a start-up low voltage and fire alarm firm based in Acworth, Georgia. Established in late 2022, we install, test & inspect, service, and provide 24/7 monitoring of fire alarm systems in any type of facility: residential, commercial, and industrial. We also install low voltage systems such as intrusion/burglar alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV, and other audio/video low voltage systems.
In an effort to expand, we're seeking an outside sales professional who will garner new accounts and projects for us, primarily in the fire alarm industry. As we are a start-up; presently, we're seeking someone willing to work on a freelance or contractual basis till we arrive at a point where we can hire them (you) full-time with fringe benefits, retirement, etc. The focus on sales will be sources of recurring revenue: inspection & testing contracts, service contracts, and system monitoring contracts. To a lesser extent, we will focus on project sales as well, such as new construction projects, installations, retrofits, and tenant buildouts.
Since this is a freelance/contract opportunity, compensation can be discussed and will likely be a percentage of the total contract value of the account or project.
