As the Director of Software Engineering, the person we're seeking will report directly to our CTO and be responsible for the management of our software engineering teams. Job Details
We are looking for the following experience: 7+ years managing high-performing software engineering teams Startup background is a plus Experience working in a team using Agile development and project management practices. Demonstrable experience with Ruby on Rails or another common language/framework Demonstrable experience using test-driven development and automated testing suites Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
