The Integration Strategy Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of the integration strategy that allows a deeper connected strategy to software providers in the Multifamily Housing industry. The person in this role will also be responsible for supporting the evaluation of the current integrations and executing on the improvement plan to optimize the environments and any client friction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution development of an integration plan as laid out in the strategy.
  • The Integration Strategy Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day ongoing integrations maintenance.
  • Act as the direct point of contact with Property Management Software firm to maintain relationship, knowledge of software changes, contract terms, etc.
  • Support remediation initiatives to significantly improve the integrations across all product lines.
  • Maintaining a backlog of integrations features and functionality needed to improve the current integrations.
  • Working with Product Owners and Client Facing Teams (CFT) to identify and help prioritize functionality related to integrations backlog of ongoing workstreams.
  • Helping to identify new potential workstreams for the benefit of the distribution channel.
  • Identifying and assisting in the resolution of customer and client service quality.
  • Development of user stories to support improvement across integrations.
  • Conducting train-the-trainer programs for clients' staff and internal Client Facing team (CFT) on integrations and APIs. Working collaboratively with internal teams to solution impediments to current and new integrations.
  • The Integration Strategy Analyst will conduct frequent competitive analysis and prepare reports on the competitive environment surrounding integrations, APIs, partnership impacting integrations.
  • Developing and circulating internal reports on the current integration quality, stability, and expansion to help ensure program goals are met.


Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical client facing role.
  • Experience with project management and leading project teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in the fields of Business, Computer Science, Technology, or other related fields is required.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Property Management Software or Mortgage Software firms.
  • Experience in the fields of Insurance or Multifamily Housing.


Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of training techniques, client service, account development, and multimedia presentation.
  • Expert user of current business software, including Excel, Word, One Note, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to provide innovative approach to problem solving and demonstrate a track record of such.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and support multiple clients simultaneously.
  • High level of intelligence, a quick study of complex problems, and having a well-organized approach to finding impactful solutions.
  • Having a fact-based approach and naturally setting/measuring performance against clear metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to analyze obstacles and results, create a plan for improving results or navigating obstacles, and execute the plan.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability as an effective and compelling communicator in both meeting room and small to medium audience settings.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization. Ability to effectively communicate by telephone and e-mail.
  • Ability to influence internal and external clients by positioning client specific value propositions as it relates to increasing sales or making program changes.


Note: This is a remote position

Expected Travel Requirement: 20-40%
