Wanted – Head Swim Coach - swim towards success with the St Marlo Seals!
St Marlo Seals are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach to share their passion
and expertise with fun-loving and eager-to-win young community of Swimmers! The
season starts end of April and ends the first week of July. The Seals are a member team of
the Atlanta Swim Association League.
Position: Summer Team Head Swim Coach
Duration: End of April to Early July
Time Commitment: 20-25 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Guide young coaches and junior coaches in a supportive team environment.
- Provide hands-on coaching during practice sessions and swim meets.
- Develop Meet line ups for competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with assistant coaches and swim committee to ensure smooth
program operations.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and program coordinators.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience in competitive swimming or community programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training plans.
- Positive and Flexible attitude
