WIZARD ELECTRONICS, INC. has an immediate opening in its Repair Department for a qualified Component-Level Electronic Technician who has experience with, or who can easily adapt to Pro-Audio; digital instrument, and equipment repairs. Were you a Road Tech? Tired of the road? Retired Broadcast Engineer, looking for extra income?
You must have verifiable component level repair experience. Simply having operated, set up, or been responsible for routine maintenance of electronic equipment might not qualify you for this position. You must be able to read schematics, be familiar with the use of test equipment, and have proven soldering skills to be a viable candidate.
However, if you are a student in a music program and you have some technical background, and have an interest in learning on the job, we have apprentice and internship positions available for qualified candidates.
We repair, offer custom modifications, and provide routine maintenance on all Pro-Audio Equipment, Mixing Consoles, Keyboards, Digital Effects, Speakers, Speaker Cabinets, Crossovers, Power Amplifiers, in both the analog and digital arena, that are associated with the music, broadcast, and communication industries.
This position is available for immediate hire. We have been in this business for 51 years and well established.
