We are a real estate company seeking a skilled Handyman for our section 8 rental properties and Airbnb rentals. This position involves general maintenance and repair work.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance work
Must have own truck and tools
We are NOT hiring contractors at this time
We Pay handyman rates for small rental repairs.
Duties Include:
Basic Plumbing repairs ( leaky Faucets, changing shower valves, etc )
Basic electrical work ( replacing outlets, installing light fixtures, etc )
Carpentry ( Drywall repairs, fixing doors, installing shelves )
Painting & staining
Gutter and siding repairs
Assembling Airbnb furniture
Mounting TVs
Closet installations
Changing locks
Pay Scale for Common Tasks
Change toilet - $65.00
change shower handle - $65.00
Install bathroom sink - $90.00
Fix bedroom doors - $65.00
Mount TVs - $25.00
Sneak drain line - $125.00
Build a closet - $225.00
Change Locks - $45.00
Install GFI outlet - $65.00
