Mac IT consulting firm seeks a seasoned remote freelance Mac senior support specialist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting Macintosh computers. The work is part-time (1099) and would supplement existing work of applicant. Ideal candidate also has experience with using an MDM platform for managing a fleet of Macs. Remote work involves the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Macs as well as support for Microsoft and Adobe apps. Experience with UniFi networking equipment also a plus. A minimum of 3 references is required along with detailed info regarding work experience or a link to this. Phone and remote support occurs during Eastern time business hours.
