Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Account Executives to join our expanding media network. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit and onboard talented TV broadcasters across diverse programming categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit potential TV broadcasters for multiple show formats
Develop and maintain a robust network of content creators
Negotiate and secure broadcasting contracts
Communicate the unique value proposition of PTWWN Broadcasting
Meet monthly recruitment targets
Provide ongoing support to recruited broadcasters
Compensation Structure:
FULL PAYMENT: $1,200 Per Signed TV Broadcaster Contract
OR MONTHLY RESIDUAL INCOME POTENTIAL
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales or recruitment experience
Passion for media and content creation
Self-motivated with excellent networking abilities
Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-driven environment

Required Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Basic understanding of media production (preferred)
