The Facilities Manager will oversee the management and operations of all the physical facilities of the church ensuring the facilities are fully operational, safe, clean and neat, and prepared for services and ministry activities. This position requires someone with initiative to proactively identify and respond to facility needs and address solutions with "handyman" (basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc.) skills as able and secure vendors when needed. Included responsibilities are campus/facilities set-up and transitions for events, classes and ministry meetings as well as facility security access collaboration.
