Assist with standard installation labor of premium concrete coatings, including but not limited to epoxy coatings, full flake coatings, polyaspartic coatings, metallic floors, micro-toppings, UV Ultra Cure coatings, grind and seal services, quartz floors, and specialty/engineered coatings.
Driving the company box truck to jobsites and loading it/unloading it with materials. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Operate Planetary Floor Grinders, Hand Grinders, Vacuums, Shot Blasters, Gas Generators, and other hand and floor tools commonly used in the installation of concrete floor coatings.
Mixing of chemicals to manufacturer’s instructions and applying them to concrete surfaces with various tools.
Taking before and after photographs of jobsites and submitting them electronically with job notes at the end of each job.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs alone if necessary.
Pass a background check.
Maintain a safe driving history.
Have reliable personal transportation to jobsites.
Some overnight travel may be required. Colorcast will pay for transportation and lodging when required and a per diem.
Keep a flexible working schedule and be able to commit to projects with advance notice.
Onsite training provided.
