Business Development Manager – Epoxy Concrete Coatings

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who can help us find more jobs, build new relationships, and grow the business. You’ll be the go-to person for bringing in new work — from homeowners to contractors and commercial clients.
This is a field-based role. You’ll be working on the road throughout Metro Atlanta, meeting clients, attending site visits, and occasionally traveling up to 4 hours outside Atlanta for pre-bid conferences or key opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Find and bring in new business (residential, commercial, or industrial jobs)
Build strong relationships with general contractors, builders, property managers, and local businesses
Meet with potential clients, explain what we do, and close the deal
Give rough estimates or quotes (we’ll help train you on the sales process if needed)
Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and closed jobs
Help us market the business and grow our presence in the region
Attend pre-bid meetings and walk-throughs when necessary.
10% Occasional Travel. Day Trips outside of Atlanta, Less than 4 hrs drive.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in the concrete coatings industry is required
Sales experience is a plus — but the drive to grow and learn is even more important
Good with people — you know how to listen, offer solutions, and build trust
Organized, motivated, and professional
Comfortable meeting clients on job sites or in homes
Familiarity with Planhub or similar bidding platforms is a big plus
Can work independently but also collaborate with the team
