General Contractor is seeking experienced, professional workers for fast-paced construction / commercial restoration projects.
Wood framing / carpentry / repair, demolition, window replacements, stucco / masonry, concrete, caulking, waterproofing, painting, sheet metal, roofing, scaffolding erector, general labor, cleaning, etc.
We are looking for hard working crew members that get the job done. We are not interested in hiring any Managers at this time.
Candidates must be able to work productively within a team environment.
You must be extremely agile and comfortable climbing up and down ladders and stairs and lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Commercial experience is preferred and/or must be comfortable working at heights (multi-story scaffolding, aerial work platforms, etc.)
OSHA certified / training is a plus.
Scaffold User / Competent Person training is a plus.
Experience in a commercial construction environment is a plus.
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) will be provided and / or required (high-visibility clothing, steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, etc.)
Construction experience, military, or college is helpful but a professional appearance, a good attitude, and the ability to work within a team environment are most important.
