A growing national company is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of drywall repair specialists. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The technician is expected to have experience in drywall patch, repair and finishing.
Be able to build project plan for the days job, communicate clearly and often with customer and clean up after the job is complete.
Be able to use common sense and adjust if issues occur during the job and establish a new plan to move forward.
Be efficient, quick and do excellent work on your own.
Salary based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay is possible after training period.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of working with drywall patch, repair and finishing experience required
Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair a plus
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 75lbs

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Candidates are required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test. Company vehicle or Branded Trailer may be provided after training period.
