Lenox Dry Cleaners has proudly served the Greater Atlanta Area for over 20 years, offering top-quality dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and fabric restoration services. We are seeking an experienced dry cleaner to join our team and continue our tradition of excellence. Part time with intention to Full time($600/wk).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dry Cleaning and Pressing: Clean garments, press, iron, and steam clothing and fabrics. Spot-clean, pre-soak, and sterilize items as needed.
- Labeling & Tracking: Ensure accurate labeling of items upon receipt and before customer pickup or delivery.
- Machine Operation: Operate dry cleaning machines, washers, dryers, and inspect equipment to ensure everything is in good working condition.
- Stain Treatment: Expertly remove stains using a variety of cleaning agents, solvents, detergents, and steam.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including handling registers and assisting customers with inquiries.
- Tailoring (Optional): If experienced, offer tailoring services such as alterations and repairs is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE PROVEN DRY CLEANER EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of stain treatments and cleaning agents
- Familiarity with dry cleaning machines and equipment
- Excellent steam and pressing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
