Position: Experienced Carpet Cleaner
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience cleaning apartments.
- Extensive experience working in the apartment industry exclusively.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and pass a background check.
- Advanced carpet repair skills including stretching, patching, spot dyeing, and seam repairs.
Responsibilities:
- You will be vetted through performance tasks in our state-of-the-art training facility.
- Be on call for emergency water extractions.
- Perform quality carpet cleaning and repair services for apartment complexes.
