Classic Commercial Services is a full service/ 24/7, commercial floor cleaning company in business since 1973. Our clients include hotels, restaurants, offices, retail, entertainment, and more. This is NOT a janitorial position, but specialized deep steam cleaning services for carpet, tile/grout, upholstery, drapery, etc. We also have an emergency water damage division which offers 24/7 flood damage cleanup.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care duties in commercial settings
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure effective and efficient cleaning
- Vacuum, spot clean, and deep clean carpets as needed
- Remove stains and odors from carpets using specialized techniques
- Conduct routine maintenance on cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Requirements
MUST have Reliable transportation and good driving record
A great attitude & willingness to Work
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Physical stamina to perform tasks and lift equipment or supplie
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Experience: :
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
