About the Role:
An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Field Services Supervisor to join a well-established leader in the electrical services industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in field operations and team leadership, preferably within the home services sector.
This position offers a unique hybrid structure, combining field oversight and strategic management responsibilities, based near Avondale, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily field activities, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance with safety protocols, and adherence to timelines.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of skilled electricians, fostering a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of quality and service, continuously optimizing field operations to meet organizational goals.
Client Engagement: Ensure superior customer satisfaction by acting as the primary liaison between field staff and clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Metrics: Responsible for overall metrics for 250+ team members and providing reporting metrics to leadership team
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal leadership to align field operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing field operations and supervising technical teams, ideally in the home services or blue-collar industries.
Strong technical understanding, with a background in electrical services preferred.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and client-focused approach.
