Seeking a handy man/contractor to do work on the exterior of my home. The work includes the following:
1. Install vinyl siding on back of house
2. Remove and replace rotted/damaged wood on 3 sides of the house, including the chimney
3. Paint the exterior of the house
4. Install gutters
5. Replace stone pieces on front of the house
This job is estimated for 5 to 6 days. I will purchase the materials. I will pay a flat labor rate of $2,250 per person for up to 2 people hired.
Payment is rendered after all work listed above is complete, and garbage is removed.
