Position Overview:
As a Painter with Faithful Finishes Painting, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a professional finish. Your work will help transform and enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and cleaning.
- Apply primer, paint, and finish using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure a smooth, even coat of paint and high-quality finish.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter, preferably with residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in using various painting techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application methods.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
