Title: Flat-Rate Automotive Technician – High Volume, Low Drama

We’re a high-volume independent dealership with an in-house shop looking for top-producing techs who can move fast and do clean work.
What You’ll Do:
A/C compressors
Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, etc.
Batteries
Minor repairs

Hourly rate pay plan $25/hour
No customer work, no up-selling — just efficient production

3+ years experience
