This Position offers flexible scheduling. Primarily Monday through Friday and some Weekends. Candidates must have own tools and equipment. Reliable transportation.
DUTIES:
Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations and service calls for Single family homes. Diagnose and repair of mechanical and electrical components of these systems. Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable. Be accurate and timely with Notes and photos.
Our organization is seeking a motivated HVAC Technician and Installer. The qualified candidate will be responsible for repairs, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential homes. The candidate will have an understanding of the many aspects that are involved in both the installation and the maintenance of HVAC systems, including electrical work, plumbing and ductwork. They will also need to be able to move materials both on their own as well as with a team of workers.
Responsibilities:
Be able to build or repair heating and cooling systems and be able to install these systems.
Be able to troubleshoot a broken heating or cooling system.
Be able to install indirect and central heating systems for residential properties.
Be able to weld pipes, calculate the area of pipes, and read blueprints.
Work on the construction site.
Have a solid understanding of building regulations and codes.
Have own tools and equipment
