The Service Technician participates in all phases of HVAC service. This is a full-time position. Primary emphasis is on safety, customer service, professionalism and timely completion of scheduled jobs and work orders. Successful candidate MUST BE ABLE TO DO SERVICE CALLS ALONE.
Key Responsibilities:
-Complete dispatched HVAC jobs.
-Make proper on-site evaluations to enhance longevity and efficiency of customer equipment.
-Able to identify replacement opportunities and recommend necessary upgrades to duct work and/ or HVAC equipment.
-Offer Service Plans to Customers.
-Maintain a clean, stocked and well-organized company service vehicle.
-Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
-Able to use our field service mobile app for clocking in, receiving, documenting and completing daily assignments.
-Ability to up-sell when needed
-Represent the company for all on-site HVAC service.
-Participate and complete training and education related to the trade.
Requirements:
-EPA certification
-Valid Georgia Driver license
-Clean Driving record
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Minimum of 5 years field experience troubleshooting and servicing HVAC systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
