HVAC/Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Technician (PM Tech)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors
Courteous and prompt communication with team members and management
Inspect and Maintain HVAC and Refrigeration systems
Replace filters and belts
Consistently maintains a clean work environment
Use company service app to document work completed, timesheets and work orders correctly
Maintain company vehicle outfitted for preventative maintenance service.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge in repair/maintenance of HVAC and/or refrigeration systems
Experience with preventative maintenance tasks and procedures
Ability to work on-call and overtime hours as needed
Ability to correspond (in writing and verbally) effectively with management, team members, and vendors
Ability to travel regularly
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
Must be able to work in environmentally and physically challenging working conditions
Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or more regularly
