Responsibilities:
Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble gear reducers
Use precision measurement tools
Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
Operate forklift and update inventory as needed
Perform documentation using tablets, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 Year Mechanical Experience
Forklift Driving Experience Required
Must be 18+ and able to lift 50–75 lbs
3-Year MVR free of DUI convictions
Pass drug screen and physical
Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environments
Strong attention to detail and learning mindset
