Responsibilities
In this role, you will learn the business from the ground up, with responsibilities that include:
Hands-On Projects: Performing a wide variety of handyman tasks, including minor repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Administrative Tasks: Learning how to manage paperwork, create project descriptions, and assist with estimates and billing.
Customer Service: Communicating directly with clients to ensure their needs are met and projects run smoothly.
Operational Management: Learning how to receive and schedule jobs, manage materials, and supervise other technicians in the future.

What We Offer:

A Clear Growth Path: Start as a Handyman in Training (per diem) with the clear opportunity to become a full-time employee, and eventually, the working company manager.
Structured Training: You will receive one-on-one training in all aspects of our business operations.
Competitive Pay: We offer a $15 hourly rate while in training up to 30 days, with full-time pay to follow up to $28 hour.
Great Work-Life Balance: Our normal hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you're at the shop by 8 and heading back home at 4 by providing a low-stress work environment. But there are some early mornings and some late night or overnight work required. For large account needs.
Benefits: A 401k is available once you become a full-time employee.
Uniform & Equipment: We provide initial uniform shirts, with pants and boots provided after a successful training period. A full-size company van for work will be provided once you've completed your training.
Safety & Honesty: We provide a safe, honest environment where you can always get a straight answer.
Other Requirements: A uniform and steel-toe shoes are required. We also conduct random drug testing.
