Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-service-oriented attitude. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, responding to repair requests, and ensuring the property is well-maintained for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify and resolve issues.
Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Maintain property grounds, including landscaping and snow/ice removal (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with property management to address maintenance needs and priorities.
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Ability to operate power tools and other maintenance equipment safely.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be available for on-call emergencies as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
