We are a real estate investment and property management company that rehabs and manages our own properties. With a steady flow of two new renovation projects per month and plans to grow, we are building a high-performance remodeling team.

Must have your own basic tools & reliable transportation
Report to job site by 8:00 AM daily
Skills & Experience Required:
Cabinets: Read diagrams (20/20), item codes, install with trim
Drywall: Hang & finish to smooth standard
Trim, Doors & Windows: Accurate measuring, cutting, installation
Electrical: Wire switches/outlets/lights, install fans & appliances (panel experience is a plus)
Plumbing: Install toilets/sinks/showers, solder copper, connect PEX (Rough in experience a plus)
Tile: Install backsplashes, small tile jobs (shower pan experience a plus)
Flooring: Install/repair LVT & wood floors
Countertops: Install laminate & granite (fabrication a plus)
Painting: Spray & cut-in, full wall/ceiling/trim work
Demolition with minimum impact
Problem-solving & decision-making on job site
Pay Range:
Lead Men: Start at $25/hour
Helpers: Start at $20/hour
90-Day Review for raise based on performance, speed & craftsmanship
