Needed: Property Management Maintenance Technician
Location: Greater Atlanta/Northwest Georgia area
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday
Pay: Salaried. $60,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience (equivalent to $29-$36 per hour)

This job is out in the field each day, securing newly purchased properties and performing basic maintenance repairs. You will have a company vehicle during work hours, preventing wear and tear on your car. You will be responsible for changing locks and assessing and documenting the existing property condition. You’ll also handle light-to-moderate repairs for our rental inventory as needed. No two days are the same here!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Securing newly purchased properties (changing locks, installing security cameras, etc)
- Taking full inventory of each new property (rooms, fixtures, doors, windows, etc.)
- Documenting property condition with detailed notes and photos
- Performing general handyman and maintenance work:
- Basic to moderate electrical repairs
- Repairing minor plumbing issues
- Basic carpentry such as fixing doors, trim, handrails, etc
- Minor flooring repairs
- Patch and touch up paint
- Reporting back to the project management team with accurate details
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3-5 years of handyman, maintenance, or property repair experience
- Comfortable with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring repairs at a basic-to-moderate level
- Backgrounds that usually fit well:
- Property management maintenance tech
- Facilities maintenance
- Independent handyman looking for full time W2 work
- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical tech ready for a more stable role
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR (driving record) check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
