We are actively looking for a general handyman/maintenance worker for our turnkey company that services single family home rental companies throughout Atlanta.
No LLC’s. Looking for a 1099 contractor who is available for work 5 days per week.
Must have entry level plumbing, painting, electrical and general handyman experience.
MUST have a vehicle and a way to transport materials and tools. (Materials provided)
Must have standard tools
Must have smart phone for photos and on-site check in/check out
Must be willing to travel to multiple sites throughout the week depending on work orders received.
1099 position. $260/day for an 8-10 hour day. Paid weekly.
