$600 Per Week
Required Deductions - Elog
Optional Deductions -PD, NLT - Physical Damage, Non Truck Liability
Weekly Trailer Fee 220 (Maintenance included)
Nastic Fuel Card - TA/Petro Discounts
Must have clean MVR
No SAP Drivers
No Pets Allowed
No Riders for the first 30 days
