A FEW THINGS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Base Plates $12.00 weekly
Escrow account $2500.00 paid up front or $0.04 cpm until the amount is met
State, county, and city taxes of titled and tagged truck
Any Federal taxes including Form 2290
Non-trucking liability $24.00 monthly (required)
Occupational accident insurance $131.00 and/or workers compensation varies per state
TEMP CONTROL pay
0-200 miles is $1.31 a mile
201-1300 miles is $1.19 a mile
1301 plus miles $1.13 a mile

70% on the line haul

HOME TIME for both teams and solo:
After 14 days out, earn one (1) day off for every 7 days worked
Entering home time request is the driver's responsibility
As an Owner Operator/Independent Contractor you can go home anytime you wish however,:
must communicate with Operations to obtain approval taking trailer home or dropping at company's authorized locations
use highlight process to advise Operations that you will be going home
must give Operations at least 'x' number of days notice
entering home time notification is the driver's responsibility
