AMERICA 1 LOGISTICS LLC is looking to hire 5 owner operators to run intermodal containers from the NS and CSX rail yards in Atlanta, GA.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate their own tractor hauling 20, 40, and 53 ft containers from the NS and CSX in Atlanta, Ga. We service the entire southeastern region. Drivers are home nightly and weekends.
Experience:
- Proven 2 years driving experience as an Owner Operator Driver or in a similar role
- Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and meet all relevant requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- A clean driving record and a commitment to safety
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate your own truck, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all maintenance schedules and requirements
- Keep accurate records of trips, deliveries,
- Manage your own time and routes, working independently to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure all loads are transported safely
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image
