Parts Coordinator
Job Description
As an auto-parts coordinator you'll be expected to order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles.
Monday through Friday, $25 - $27 an hour - Full-time/40 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Some overtime may be required
Key Job Responsibilities:
Receive and stock automotive parts efficiently.
Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.
Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts
Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary
Sort and organize materials based on predetermined criteria such as size, type, or product code.
Utilize computer for record-keeping
Keep the work area clean and well organized.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License Required
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
Strong organizational skills
Good to above-average computer skills
General parts knowledge preferred.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
