K&B Transportation guarantees our drivers 2500 miles a week. How real is our guarantee? In 2024 we have paid $1,864,798.84 in mileage guarantees to drivers when they haven't ran 2500 miles in a week. This averages $49,073 weekly with our highest week being in the winter when we paid $107,717 in a week in January when there was bad weather nationwide putting our drivers checks ahead of company profits. At K&B Transportation we start our drivers at 70 CPM and when you add in the guarantee drivers make the equivelant of 74 CPM. Our guarantee is simple, we want to make sure our drivers see a minimum of $1750 every week but we don't cap wages at the guarantee, drivers earn $2000 top weeks!
