Part-time work (minimum 4 hrs weeklyĺ- maximum 20 hours weekly)
$20 hourly pay
Job consists of basically property care- property "sitting"
Understanding the mechanics to a home and basics of home remodeling.
Has knowledge and patience, inspect others completed work, and notify owner of issues which require further attention prior to final pmt for contracted work, water lawn a few hours weekly, walk property and check yards, pick up trash, mail, packages, some cleaning up, and most importantly securing gates and doors.

REQUIREMENTS-
Local Augusta area resident with VALID GA drivers license which has correct address
25-65 Years old
Retirees welcome
No physical limitations which may restrict or limit your quality of work.
High school graduate
EXCELLENT and CONSTANT communication skills with the property owners
NO criminal history
Always Have reliable transportation
Drug test agreement
